Floatation belts are available at Erb, West and Mead Pools. Water Walking is an excellent way to increase stamina, tone muscles and it is easy on body joints. You do not need to know how to swim to particiate.

LAP SWIM
Lap swimming has been proven to imporve your cardiovascular health, improve muscle strength, endurance, posture and flexibility. Lap swimming is also a terrific low impact exercise for those who have joint or muscle problems.

WATER AEROBICS
Ease into the pool for a sensational water workout with either of these two Water Aeorobics. Water exercise is easy on the joints and great for flexibility. Trim and tone your body using the buoyancy of water and it's natural resistance. A wonderful program for non-swimmers, too. Just wear a suit and bring a towel.

  • AQUA FUSION - Fun, energetic combination of Cardio Interval workout's for the entire body using a variety of equipment. Great for ALL level's and ability.

Punch Card (8 classes) - $40.00 - 1st class is always free after punch card purchase!
Punch Card is only good for water classes now.
