Walking is an excellent way to increase stamina, tone muscles and
it is easy on body joints. You do not need to know how to swim to
Lap swimming has been proven to imporve your cardiovascular health,
improve muscle strength, endurance, posture and flexibility. Lap
swimming is also a terrific low impact exercise for those who have
joint or muscle problems.

Ease into the pool for a sensational water workout with either of
these two Water Aeorobics. Water exercise is easy on the joints and
great for flexibility. Trim and tone your body using the buoyancy
of water and it's natural resistance. A wonderful program for
non-swimmers, too. Just wear a suit and bring a towel.
